Returns and Exchange
I truly hope you’ll be delighted with your order — but I understand that there may be times when you’d like to return an item, or a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.
If that happens, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing: hello.myhyggeshop@gmail.com.
While I do aim to offer the highest level of customer care, returns or issues raised after the 14-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.
Please note:
I’m not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.
Once you've contacted me, please take reasonable care of the products you wish to return and avoid using them. Items should be securely packaged — and I strongly recommend using an insured, trackable service. Be sure to keep your Proof of Posting receipt, as I can’t be responsible for returns that do not reach me.
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in the original packaging
• Fragile items must be securely wrapped to avoid damage during return shipping
